I will identify available homes that meet your criteria regardless of which office has the listing
I will coordinate, with homeowners, a tour of the homes that meet your guidelines
I will provide you with information on area communities, schools, churches, and other demographics
I will help you find the mortgage lender you are most comfortable working with to determine the mortgage amount and programs you qualify for
I will continue to meet with you to review progress and adjust our action plan as necessary
I will work with you on the specifics of making an offer and receiving a counter-offer
I will work synergistically with all parties - escrow, lender, title, buyer and/or seller, other agents, appraiser, inspector, and others as necessary - to maintain open communication regarding transaction status and progress
I will immediately advise you of any events that may threaten closing
